New to Heels? Start Here.

Foundations

(Mondays 6:30–7:30pm @ Ballet Contours)

Perfect for beginners wanting to step into the world of heels.

  • Slower-paced

  • Focus on building confidence and basics

 

If you're just starting out or want a comfortable, welcoming introduction - this is your class.

Love Variety & Trying New Styles?

Variety

(Mondays 7:30–8:30pm @ Ballet Contours)

A different style every week - from lyrical to jazz to commercial.

  • Fresh choreography weekly

  • Great for dancers who love change

  • Explore different performance qualities

Craving Creativity & Performance?

Evolve (Occasional, Tuesdays 7–9pm @ Salford Uni)

A two-hour creative session designed to explore and experiment.

  • Group choreography

  • Chair dance

  • Workshopping performance pieces

  • Collaborative and expressive

 

If you love creating, performing, and diving deeper into choreography, Evolve is your space.
